Despite the potential to reduce revenues, hotels in Bandung declare its readiness to close the entertainments which interfere with the absorption of worship assessed during the month of Ramadan. Entertainment that will be displayed at all hotels in the city of Bandung is the nature of cultural entertainment, such as lute and gamelan.
"Although there was a decrease of income, we have committed to implement the rules issued by the City Government of Bandung. We will not disturb the present entertainment and assessed not respect the holy month of Ramadan," said Chairman of the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) Bandung Momon Abdurochman to the Tribune, Sunday (8 / 8).

According Momon, entertainments that are less ethical displayed in Ramadan will be discontinued at the hotels on Tuesday (10 / 8), according to a circular letter which was issued in Bandung City Government through the Department of Culture and Tourism (Disbudpar) Bandung. However Momon said, hotels are still allowed to display the culture and entertainment that are not related to eating and drinking.

Starting next Tuesday, where the entertainment areas in the city of Bandung have been closed since 18:00 pm. It refers to a circular letter from the Office of Culture and Tourism (Disbudpar) Bandung.

In a letter , Head Disbudpar Priana Wirasaputra revealed in Bandung, places of entertainment that must start close tomorrow is the night club, discotheque, pub, pubs and karaoke, a dance studio, massage parlors, nursing steam bath / sauna / spa, and arena football billiard (pool). Entertainment venues must close during Ramadan and were not to be operated again on Tuesday, September 14 next, starting at 18:00 pm.
